Terms of Sale and Refund policy
During the checkout process you will be given the complete terms of your purchase. Included in those terms is your clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. These products have not been evaluated by the FDA. We are committed to complete compliance with FDA regulations and as such, because these products have not been evaluated by the FDA, we make no claims as to any extra benefits for products containing CBD (cannabidiol). If you decide to purchase our products, you are drawing your own opinions as to any additional benefits or use these products may provide. Products carry a 14-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply return the unused portion of the product for a full refund less any shipping charges.
Upon purchase of product and services, you are accepting of the terms of sale and you agree to and understand the refund policy.
1. All Hemp Sales are Final.
2. Damaged goods must be unused and unopened and returned as received.
3. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
4. Customer must contact Choose Your Skinny about any product issues.
5. Refunds for eligible products will not be issued until the product has been confirmed received, and once received, every effort must be made to handle the refund same day.
6. All refunds require return material authorization (RMA).
7. Disposition of unopened refunded products to be decided.
8. There is a 15% restocking fee for all product returns.
Damage During Shipping
We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving suppliers warehouse. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 24 hours of receipt of purchase. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Importantly, all product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item in order to for the product purchase to be considered eligible for potential refund. Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected. Before shipping a return, we recommend you please photograph the item for your records.
Choose Your Skinny does not ship out of the United States at this time.
Choose Your Skinny Food Items
Due to safety concerns, food items are not returnable to Choose Your Skinny but may be subject to replacement pending the issue(s) reported by the customer and determined by Seller. Please contact support for further assistance.
Choose Your Skinny Clothing and Accessories
You can exchange clothing and accessories up to 30 days after the delivery date. Returns are not available at this time. Clothing items and accessories purchased from Choose Your Skinny (CYS) may be returned for the sole purpose of exchange within 10 days of receipt of shipment in some cases. Different products have different policies and or requirements associated with them. If your purchase item(s) is eligible for return, the return label will require you to return the item at your own expense. CYS will not refund return postage costs on receipt of the item. Regarding return of a defective, damaged or incorrect item, you may be eligible for refund for the full postage cost once your return is processed. Unless otherwise specified, software download are not returnable or refundable after purchase.
Choose Your Skinny Gift Cards
Gift Cards are not returnable or refundable after purchase (except as required by law).
Pet food and similar products are not returnable to Choose Your Skinny and are not refundable.
